Third place....in the world!
Our Cook Book has recently got bronze medal in the cathegory; Design,
at the international competition Gourmand World Cookbook Awards!
It was held in Paris, February 11, 2010 and 24 countries participated in this cathegory alone.
The jury's observation; A small book with holistic format in presentation, the team has kept everything in harmony; typography, photos, paper and size to present Lena Göranssons café Tofvehult and pastry.
Tofvehult - Dreams about a café, is a document of realised dreams and a great fondness for the traditional,
seasoned with the spur of the moment.
This wonderful book with 60 recipes, inspired by the unique atmosphere in and around our very own Tofvehult cafe was created by our own Göransson family in creative merger with our dear friends, the Franzén's.
The amazing pictures are by Johnny Franzen, the beautiful design is by his wife Kristina. It is written by my wife Lena and the picture settings are styled by me, Peter Göransson.
The book will be translated into German and English and will be ready in the end of May.
